Works of the Ukrainian director are presented in the Best Video category of Russian MUZ TV awards.

Clips Forever (Navek) for Polina Gagarina and duet video for Valery Meladze and Valeria Don’t Lose Me (Ne Teryai Menya) claim to obtain the most ambitious CIS music awards.

The presence of two, and sometimes three clips by Alan Badoev in one category of musical awards is a good tradition, firmly associated with the name of Ukrainian director. It was the case at RU TV, Muz TV, OE VMA, YUNA awards.

“I have long stopped attaching importance to both awards and their absence. For me, it is important that the video clip works and helps the performer to reach the audience’s hearts. The prize is a nice thing, a kind of extra incentive to go further.

I dedicate each of my awards to the performer, with whom a make a video, because it is the performer’s energy that often charges for the right idea,”- says Alan Badoev.

Alan Badoev’s works have been repeatedly recognized as the best according to MUZ TV and RU TV. We shall remind that in 2011, at the debut RU TV awards ceremony, Roman Viktyuk handed Alan Badoev a special prize “Best Music Video Director”.

On May 25 last year, Polina Gagarina received the statuette for the clip No (Net) instead of the director absent from the award ceremony. The director’s first victory on MUZ TV was for the video clip “Kisses” (Potselui) for VIA Gra band.
